Breaking Ground in Niagara Falls and Georgian Bay
We’re proud to share that construction is underway on two M5V communities.
Niagara Phase 3 is a 108-suite stacked townhome community in Niagara Falls, reflecting what we believe housing should be: accessible, livable and built around real people’s needs.
Phase I of the Muskoka Lake Houses is now under construction as well: eight detached lake houses on the Georgian Bay waterfront in Port Severn, with Phase II now selling.
M5V has also completed the first closing of the M5V Preferred Partners Development Fund I, a private fund that invests in select M5V residential projects, including Niagara Phase 3 and the Muskoka Lake Houses.
This reflects M5V’s collaborative approach, partnering with investors, municipalities and trades. The best is yet to come.
